
The quality of citrus fruits, and specifically of Rosaria, the red orange from Mount Etna, unique for its organoleptic, anti-age qualities, is the result of the care and attention devoted by the Pannitteri & C. LTD throughout all its plant systems.
The certification route required by Italian and European distribution chains will be improved throughout the year 2009
In fact, the Pannitteri & C. LTD is presently endowed with a in-house Quality Control System, compiled in accordance with Regulation UNI EN ISO 9001/2000.
The agricultural productions originating from the food-chain, on the other hand, are certified according to the international GLOBAL GAP standard system, standard internazionale GLOBAL GAP, which is essential for promotion activities abroad.
Since 2007 the company is also certified in accordance with the BRC (British Retail Consortium) standard system which is required for the food industry plants and equipments by the English distribution chains..
From 2009 Rosaria’s goal is to improve the certification route also to gain the IFS (International Food Standard) required by the Italian distribution chains and by the rest of Europe.
